PRESS RELEASE
Federal money for her. Nothing for us?
For five straight funding cycles, Mary Miller refused to request a single dollar in Community Project Funding (CPF) for the people of this district.
Yet, in 2022, Miller and her husband had received more than $1 million in U.S. Department of Agriculture subsidies since 1995.
Federal dollars were good enough for her family’s farm.
But not for you?
When the towns she represents have needed help with water systems, emergency services, and infrastructure, she has refused to ask for a dime.
CPF allows local communities to identify projects that need federal funding, including infrastructure and disaster recovery. But Miller didn’t request a dime for this district until July of 2025.
So, what changed?
I began raising the issue in January 2025. All three of my primary opponents raised it, too.
Our communities shouldn’t have had to wait for someone to fight for them.
Help us talk to more voters every day until Nov. 3.
Help me keep talking to voters.
When severe storms hit one of our communities this past August, families and farmers were left wondering how they’d recover.
I went to see the damage with local leaders, and I’ve pledged to fight to restore FEMA funding so no town in this district faces a disaster alone.
Mary didn’t show up.
Mary didn’t comment.
Mary didn’t acknowledge what her constituents were going through or seek assistance for them.
Mary Miller is a millionaire. She won’t lie awake wondering how to pay for a storm-damaged roof. Meanwhile, people I visited in Charleston are still waiting for any sign that she knows, cares, or wants to help.
Federal Funding shouldn't just be for Mary Miller

You listen. You take responsibility. You do everything in your power to help.
That’s the standard I’ll hold myself to in Congress.
The election is November 3, and early voting is open now. This district deserves a representative who treats the job as work, not a title.
